At Bicycle Express, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
