All bicycles are professionally packed and shipped 85% assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. Basic tools and instructions are included in every box.
What is your return policy for bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.
Do my purchases come with a warranty?
Yes, all new bicycles come with a manufacturer's warranty covering the frame and components. Specific warranty durations vary by brand, typically ranging from one year to a limited lifetime warranty on frames.
How do I choose the right frame size?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability. You can also contact our experts for a personalized recommendation.

Currently, Bicycle Express ships to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the weight of the package.
